📜 Mogged — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Mogged (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older depending on your region) to use Mogged. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. App Description

  • Track workouts, steps, and calories
  • Compete with friends in challenges
  • Post AI-verified gym check-ins
  • Earn or wager tokens using a non-custodial Solana wallet

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.
  • You agree not to upload offensive, misleading, or fraudulent content.

5. User Conduct and Content

Mogged maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the App, you agree to the following:

  • Objectionable Content: You may not post, upload, or share content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, fraudulent, or hateful.
  • Reporting Violations: Users can report any content or user that violates these terms. We are committed to reviewing all reports and will take action within 24 hours to remove objectionable content and eject the offending user.
  • Blocking: Users have the ability to block other users to manage their own experience and interactions within the App.

6. Photo Verification & AI Use

Mogged uses AI to verify workout-related photos. These features are for motivational and accountability purposes only and do not constitute medical or fitness advice.

7. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program. Mogged is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from use of the App.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Mogged, you consent to our data practices. We do not share personally identifiable information without your consent.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of features.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
